Meet the Team

Janet grew up north of Seattle, WA in a town called Lynnwood. After graduating high school, she moved to southern Minnesota to complete music studies at Pillsbury Bible College. Shortly after that, she was married and started a family with her high school sweetheart. Five years and two kids later they ventured up to Fargo to put down roots and raise their growing family.
Janet and her husband have now been married for 18 years and have four amazing children and a family dog. She was a stay-at-home mom while the kids were little and up until starting her career in the real estate industry in 2019. Janet continues to love residing in the Fargo/Moorhead area and the things that bring her the most joy are going on family trips each year, spending time with family and friends and serving others in the community!
"Hospitality and service has always been a huge part of my life. I'm someone who's empathetic and someone you can rely on. I love seeing people strive to be the best version of themselves in whatever they do! My goal is to be a positive influence everywhere I go, to educate and empower others, and to help families find the home of their dreams!"

Keely grew up on the north side of Fargo where, during high school, she played softball and golf. After graduating she went on to NDSU and graduated with an Interior Design degree in 2018.
She has a large blended family including a brother and 4 step-siblings. Growing up Keely and her brother spent a lot of time together playing wiffle ball in the backyard and watching almost every MN Twins game with their dad, from whom she got her passion for sports. Her creative side comes from her mother who is always doing new projects around the house and creating art.
In Keely’s spare time she enjoys playing with her puppy, Indie, golfing with friends, watching sports, tailgating, coaching softball, and spending time at the lake.
Keely’s WHY is because she is drawn to helping others whether that is with coaching youth sports or helping a friend or stranger in need. She is excited to help others find their future homes.

Thaddaeus was born in Fort Myers, Florida, but moved to the small town of Gackle, ND at the age of 3 years. Here, he grew up and graduated with a class of 12 students. After graduation Thaddaeus moved to Fargo in 2012 where he attended NDSU, studying and receiving bachelor degrees in Physical Education and Health Education.
Thaddaeus is from a larger family of 8; his parents, three biological siblings, and two adopted siblings. He is the second oldest of all the siblings. He has one older brother in Madison, WI; younger sister here in Fargo; younger brother living in Gackle; youngest brother, adopted, living in Gackle; youngest sister, adopted, currently in high school in Gackle.
Being physically active is important to Thaddaeus. His favorite activity to do is Spikeball because it’s fun and competitive, but can also be played casually. He also really enjoys being outdoors. Hiking and backpacking are a very life giving and restful time for him, while playing card games or board games with friends are another fun way to relax.
Thaddaeus’ “why” can be summarized into 2 things; love God and love people. “My why is driven by my faith. ‘So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.’ 1 Corinthians 10:31. No matter where I am, I want to live by this.” Along with faith, Thaddaeus is driven by wanting to be a light or caring hand to those around him. “For me personally and for my family, we have faced many challenges and gone through hard seasons of life. The care and encouragement of those around us/me are what helped us get through those tough seasons. Everyone will have something challenging that they have or will have to walk through, big or small, and I want to continue to pass on care to others; whether through an encouraging word, listening, or helping with a physical need.”

Troy grew up in Hitterdal, Minnesota, a small town about 30 minutes from Fargo-Moorhead. He was raised with the lessons of, “faith is your foundation” and “love your neighbor as yourself.” Growing up in a town of 200 people has a way of teaching someone right from wrong. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Business Administration degree. Although academics are always important, most of his life learning has not been done in a classroom. He has always been active as an athlete and has learned many important values while competing. Troy played four years of college football and was part of creating a winning program. Hard work, leadership, integrity, and selflessness are among the many things learned during his student-athlete tenure. This was the precursor to the ultimate lesson taught while playing Dragon football, which is to “find a way.” Troy continues to “find a way” to grow everyday and be a better person then he was yesterday. Learning to be passionate and intentional about his path has allowed him to be successful on the field, at his workplace, and throughout his family life. He has also taken the approach to growth through mentorship and leaders. Fortunately, Troy has been lucky enough to have great mentors that have led by example throughout his life. Whether it’s learning how to become a leader from Coach Steve Laqua or learning love and respect from his Grandpa LeRoy; Troy has chosen his mentors and put together a life-long skillset to help him succeed. Troy is married and lives in North Fargo with his wife and three kids.
